Forward Recruit is the result of 25 years of experience in specialist recruitment that began with the belief that every person makes a difference, if in the right place and in the right business context. Recruitment became the tool I used to help my clients and candidates challenge the status quo in the market, increase competitiveness and grow. The arena has been business-critical roles in sales and IT, two of the largest areas of expertise, the most differentiated and complex and at the same time completely opposite to each other. 

Recruitment has also helped me to be challenged and develop and over the years I have had the opportunity to be part of building several well-known specialist recruitment companies in Sweden, as a recruitment consultant, business area manager and CEO.
